Our studio is your studio! You are welcome to use anything within LMP Collective studio, which currently includes various backdrops, plants, and chairs. 

Our studio hours are currently Sunday - Saturday from 9am-5pm. Please contact us if you would like to rent the studio outside of those hours. 

Yes! We are happy to offer in-person studio tours as well as virtual ones. Please contact us to coordinate a tour. 

There are public bathrooms, a conference room on the weekends, and a wall divider within LMP Collective available.

Yes there is. There's a free parking lot off of Wayne St available for your use. Park when you see the puppy mural. 

As long as there are no booked sessions after your rental, you are welcome to extend your session. Please check with us ahead of time, or check the availability on our website and then book additional time.

We love that you love confetti and other glittery props! However, the photographers after you and the other people in the building do not necessarily love working around it.  If you know you will be using confetti , there is currently a $25 cleaning fee for confetti usage within the studio. We recommend bringing larger, fluffier, easier to vacuum confetti. Be sure to plan time within your booking to clean so that you leave the studio in the same condition you found it. In the event that we have to clean after your session, you will be notified and we will charge your card a $100 cleaning fee.   

We know that cancellations stink all the way around! Payment is due at time of booking. The fee is nonrefundable for no-show appointments. You have 48 hours to make changes or cancel your booking at no cost.  After 48 hours your booking is locked in.  If you do need to cancel/change after that window has closed you can be refunded up to 50% of your booking amount.  Cancellations less than 24 hours from the booked appointment time will not receive a refund. In the case that LMP Collective is forced to cancel the full payment will be refunded. 

What if i need to cancel?
